Chat Function Launched! Chat one on one with anyone on your buddy list! – Yes, the top requested feature has been implemented. You can chat with anyone on your buddy list that is currently online. There is a little bit of a lag on the site when someone logs off, so if your buddy doesn’t respond don’t get mad.

My OverallHealth Tab Launched! – update your friends and members on your health including diet, health goals, favorite exercises, favorite foods, thoughts, weight loss ticker, bmi ticker or activity ticker. This new section can be found in your profile. Update it today!

Featured Articles Launched! – The Main Tab will now contain featured articles.
