Step Three: After creating an account on the blue bar on the top of the page hover the pointer over “your list” , in doing so a drop down box will appear. Click on wish list.
 

Step Four: A new page will appear, choose “Create your wish list”.Once the new page loads you are ready to add items to your wish list. When you have found the item that you want you will find a link to the right of the page, under the blue “ready to buy” box called "Add to Wish list." Add as many items as you want to your Wish list.

And now you official have an www.amazon.com wish list., now to round 2. adding the wish list to www.OverallHealth.com!

Step One: Log into www.OverallHealth.com (not yet registered? Click here)

Step Two: Once logged on to www.OverallHealth.com hover over the OverallHealth.com menu tab across the top of the screen. A drop down box with appear, click update my profile then click my amazon list.
 

Step Three: To find you amazon list ID you will need to be viewing your list on Amazonand you will see a link to the left of the page “Tell people about this list”. When you click this web address will appear. Example http://www.amazon.com/wishlist/1PQCXXCFT2QFJ the last part of this address is your Id (1PQCXXCFT2QFJ). Finish filling out the information then click update and you are done!

Step One: Select Your Ticker Ruler

Step Two: Click Next

Step Three: Select Your Ticker Slider

Step Four: Click Next

Step Five: Choose a Password/Pin

Step Six: Select Public Data if you are displaying this ticker on your profile

Step Seven: Choose what to track.  This setting controls what is displayed on your ticker. Weight Change displays your weight loss. Weight displays your weight directly.

Step Eight: Fill in all relevant information based on what you are tracking. Measurements are optional.

Step Nine: Click Next

Step Ten: You will be given a confirmation page with your HTML code and the URL to your ticker.  Save the URL to your favorites. You can also update your ticker by clicking on it in your profile.

Step Eleven: Copy the HTML code

Step Twelve: Paste the HTML code into the Weight Loss Ticker box on your profile.

Step Ten: Enter Your Country (Optional)

Step Eleven: Please Read the Terms of Use. If you accept the terms of use please check the box indicating you accept the terms and conditions of this site.

Step Twelve: Click the Register Button

Step Thirteen: Check the Email that you registered with for your welcome and registration email. There will be a link that you will need to click on to verify your email address. Once you click on the link your profile will be activated.
