I've been feeling a bit pudgy lately. It doesn't really show on picutres that I'vr taken recently, but I can FEEL it. I always know when I'm gaining a couple of lbs, because of my clothes and this sluggish feeling I get. I need to get these extra 5-6 pounds OFF, like YESTERDAY, but I can't exercise right now b/c of surgery I just had. Ohhh, but trust when I am able to exercise, I really want to get to it. The only problem is that I need motivation to do so. Anyone have any words of encouragement, tips, ANYTHING to help me? I want to be healthier and get back to feeling better about my weight and myself!
