I am currently in the process of posting some of my favorite healthier recipies on this site. I hope that you will give them a try sometime! I'm sure you will find something you will absolutely love! Remember you can alter these recipes to your liking... just remember to make them healthy choices!! For instance, are you aware that extra virgin olive oil or olive oil is much healthier to sautee foods in than regular cooking oil? Well, it is! Even though avocados have a high calorie content they are very good for you because they contain omega 3's and are low in cholesterol! I use them as a substitute for mayonnaise (I love mayo, but alas it is no good for me!) So, I love avocadoes even more! I like to experiment with food and make it healthier, so I will constantly be adding new recipes to this site. PLEASE feel free to contribute as well! I want to see what kinds of delicious healthy foods you can come up with too! :)
